Making a purchase on re-cuir.com is easy. Simply follow these steps:
- In the menu at the top, select the category and subcategory you're interested in.
- Browse the accessories you like the most. You can buy directly from the product grid or by clicking on the product page of each of them. Here we detail their composition, available sizes, other colours of the same model, the size guide and much more...
- Choose your colour and size and add the product you like to your basket. You can then continue shopping or place your order.
- If you want to go directly to the checkout, go to your basket (it's in the top menu on the right-hand side) and complete your purchase.
- The next step is to fill in your personal details, either by registering or by making a quick purchase without registering (we recommend registering so that your future purchases can be made as quickly as possible).
If you've registered before and are already a re-cuir.com user, just enter your email and password. - Make sure your details and delivery address are correct.
- Select a payment method: your Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, AMEX, Union Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay..
- Confirm your order and pay for it!
- Finally, go to your email for confirmation of your order number and return code. With every purchase you make, please check your email.
This purchase confirmation email sometimes goes into your spam/junk folder, we advise you to check it if you don't receive it. - It's very important you keep this email as it is your proof of purchase.
*Re-Cuir reserves the right to return an ordered model and its price if the model is out of stock or is not in good condition.
They are always the same. Unless we carry out specific promotions in physical shops, when you'll only find the promotional price in those shops. Likewise, if it’s an exclusive online promotion, you'll only find the promotional price on the website.
Yes, all prices on the website include 21% VAT.
The product isn’t yours until you complete your purchase! Products in your basket are not reserved, so if you're interested in a product and it's on your wish list, we recommend you don't delay the purchase. It's possible the product may sell out in the meantime.

PAYMENT
You can pay with card:
Card: We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, Union Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is made through the 100% secure payment gateway Addon Payments or by calling us on the phone.
Once the bank authorises the payment, you'll receive an email with the order confirmation and the money will automatically be withdrawn from your account.
You card can be rejected for various reasons:
- For being expired. Please check that your card has not exceeded its validity date.
- Your card limit may have been reached, in which case please contact your bank.
- You might have entered wrong information.
- Your card may be blocked.

When you place your order, we will process it and deliver it to your home in approximately 1 to 5 working days.

Yes, but depending on the state your order is in, you should contact us or the carrier. If the order has not yet left our warehouse, we can modify your shipping address without problems by calling +34 931 977 132 from 9-15h (GMT +2h) or sending an email to info@re-cuir.com.
If your order is already in the hands of the transport company, you will have to wait for them to send you the delivery notice by SMS or e-mail to manage the change of address or delivery date.
The transport company we work with will contact you by SMS or e-mail to notify you of the delivery date and the time slot. If you need to make any change you can manage it through the link that you send in the SMS or e-mail.
You can request your order from the shop staff by presenting your order confirmation email with your order number.
Regarding to shipments that don’t belong to the European Union, any import custom duty will be charged to the recipient.
Customers are therefore advised to contact in advance the customs authorities of their own country in order to check the costs and any restriction on imports.
You will find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email; you can track your goods on the courier company's website.
All the orders placed through our Re-Cuir Online Store are subjected to an inspection process, whose time is at most 24 working hours. Once approved, your order will be packed and shipped. You can track shipments through the tracking number provided in the confirmation email. Please be informed that, once the order is placed, the address and the shipping method cannot be changed.
To obtain information about delivery times, please check the order tracking number available in the shipping confirmation email. You can visit the courier company's website to track your package.
The average delivery time of the order depends on the shipping method chosen:
Standard Shipping:
2-5 working days: Spain, Portugal.
2-10 working days: Europe

Re-Cuir is not responsible for any unexpected delay beyond our control.
Orders are placed from Monday to Friday, excluding Spain public holidays:

- 6th, 8th, 25th and 26th December
Shipments are carried out from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Please know that customized products need more time to be prepared.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES
To exchange a product or size at Re-Cuir, you need to make a return and a new purchase.
IMPORTANT: The exchange and return options ‘from shop’ or ‘from your home’ are only available for mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal. For the rest of the world, only the ‘return on your own’ option is available.
Here's how to do it:
First, log in to your account and locate your order in the "My purchases" section.
Select the order and the items you want to exchange and click on "request exchange", then select the return method you want to use for your old order. You have 3 options:
Returns in shop (free)
Go to one of our shops to return your item for free. Find your nearest shop: https://www.re-cuir.com
To make a return, you need to provide your order number. You'll find this information in the purchase confirmation email that we send to your email address or on the delivery note we send you with your order.
Remember that you must return the item with its original packaging and label, and it must be in an unused condition.
Once we receive the order at our head office, we'll check that it's in good condition and proceed with the refund.
Returns collected from your home (€3.90)
Fill in your postal address in the form shown on the screen and we'll send a carrier to pick up the package at the address you provide. The transport cost is €3.90 and will be paid for by the customer. We will deduct it from the amount of the return.
The item must be in the same condition in which you received it. We recommend that you reuse the shipping packaging and put the item in the original box. It is compulsory to enclose the delivery note or invoice indicating the order number.
*This option is valid for returns from the Peninsula. Returns from the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and Portugal costs €5. For the rest of the world, only the option to arrange for your own return is available.
Arrange for your own returns
Send us your package via Correos, UPS, GLS, SEUR or any other courier company. Shipping costs for returns to our headquarters are at the customer's expense.

The item must be in the same condition in which you received it. We recommend reusing the shipping packaging and putting the item in the original box. It is compulsory to enclose the delivery note or invoice indicating the order number. Once we receive the order at our head office, we'll check that it is in good condition and proceed to reimburse you.
When you complete the exchange form, we'll send a discount code to your email so that you can place a new order of your correct size with free shipping costs*.
*Except for shipments to the Canary Islands and International delivery, which will carry the usual costs.
To make a return, it is essential that you attach the order number. You'll find this information in the purchase confirmation email that we send to your email address or in the delivery note we send you with your order.
Remember that you must return the item with its original packaging and label, and it should be in an unused condition.
Once we receive the order at our head office, we'll check that it is in good condition and will proceed to make the refund within 2 to 10 working days.
It’s very simple, you just have to register on our website with the email address you used to make the purchase and a password of your choosing.
Once inside your account, click on the "My purchases” section, where you'll see all the orders you've made with that email address (including those from a long time ago). Select the order and the items you want to exchange and click on "request exchange".
We accept exchanges within 30 calendar days of receipt of the item.
*From 19 November, the exchange period is extended until 16 January.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are interested in a different size or color, you will need to return the item(s) and place a new order. Your return will be refunded once it has been received and processed at our warehouse.
1. Create a "return label".
- Click on the "return your order" or "return request" to begin creating your return label.
- Enter your order number and email
- Enter the item you want to return and the reason why
- Follow the instructions
- Wait for email with shipping label
2. Pack the products with the return label.
Pack the order in your original box (different boxes can be used, but we strongly encourage recycling where possible) and attach the new label, ensuring the original label is covered.
We encourage you to use our box for the return in respect for our environment.
3. Drop the products or hand them to the carrier.
- Carrier pick-up
Make sure someone is at home when the carrier is scheduled to come to pick up the package and hand over the package to the carrier.
- Collection point
You can take your package to one of the courier's collection points.
4. Wait for return confirmation and refund.
You'll get an email confirmation when your order has been correctly returned to our warehouse and refund processed (2-3 business days) Please note that it may take 5-7 days to get it credited on your account].

Returning an item is quick, easy and free. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you’ve purchased, you can return it within 30 days to get the refund. Once we’ve inspected the item, we’ll refund the price you paid with the original payment method chosen at the time of purchase.

We do our best to accept all returns, however, should an item be in unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
It normally takes around 14 days to receive and refund your parcel – we’ll drop you an email once we’ve received it. Depending upon the card issuer, it may take up to 10 days for the refund to be visible in your account.
Return shipping costs are free for all European Union countries (Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein, Belgium, Croatia, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Holland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Monaco, Italy, San Marino, Andorra, Iceland, Albania, Belarus, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Ukraine, Norway).
For non-EU countries (not included in the above list), the refund does not include the transport costs incurred to return the goods. For this reason, the customer may use the courier he considers most appropriate.
If for any reason your package is not collected on the day you’ve booked, please follow our usual returns instructions and book in another pick up free of charge.

All you need to do is create your returns label here and state ‘Item was defective’ as the reason for the return. Once your parcel has arrived and we’ve inspected the item, we’ll get in touch to provide an update.
We are unable to send out a replacement item, however, you can place a new order.
The products offered on re-cuir.com are covered by the legal guarantee of 2 years from delivery on the items, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations of consumers and users.The legal guarantee of the products sold by Re-Cuir is offered by Re-Cuir.If the product you have purchased has a defect covered by the legal guarantee, you are entitled to demand repair or replacement of the defective product from the seller, free of charge. You are entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract in the following cases: (a) if repair or replacement is not possible or is unreasonably expensive; (b) if the seller fails to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time; or (c) if the repair or replacement causes you significant inconvenience. Please note that a minor defect that prevents repair or replacement, or makes repair or replacement too expensive, does not entitle you to termination of the contract.To activate the termination, you must report the defect to our customer service department within two months of discovering the defect.

Yes. Although it is not a common occurrence, Re-Cuir will cancel your order whenever the item is out of stock, in bad condition, or when it detects a problem with the payment or delivery address. The most common reason for cancellation is that your size is not available at the time the order is processed.
If your order (or part of it) is canceled, we'll refund you to the same account you used at the time of purchase.
Remember that the refund always depends on your bank or PayPal. This process may take a few days depending on the communication between the banks.

If you’ve still not signed up, you can register. It only takes 30 seconds and will bring a whole host of benefits for you:
