📦 Exchanges and returns
If something doesn't suit you, you can easily manage an exchange or return within the30 days after your purchaseby writing to us at administracion@re-cuir.com

We'll send you a return shipping label, and once we receive the product, we'll process your exchange or refund. Depending on your payment method, this process can take up to 14 business days... but don't worry, it always arrives.

Personalized items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

To keep your item in optimal condition:

• Store it in a dry place away from sunlight to prevent color changes.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and do not use detergents.

• For maintenance, clean it with a dry cotton or wool cloth after long periods of non-use.

• To clean it, use only a slightly damp cloth; do not wash it or use harsh chemicals.

• For a deep clean, go to a professional service.
