Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
Return Conditions
The item must be returned unused, with all tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Important
All returns must be shipped from the same address used for the original delivery.
Under no circumstances will returns sent from a different address be accepted.
Shipping Costs and Responsibility
RE-CUIR DESIGN SLU will cover the return shipping costs and arrange collection.
It is essential to follow the instructions provided to ensure correct delivery.
Multiple Exchanges
We do not accept returns involving multiple shipments or excessive exchanges, particularly where distance makes the process unfeasible.
