The prices are always the same, except when we run special promotions in physical stores, in which case the promotional price will only be available in those stores. Similarly, if it's an online-only promotion, the promotional price will only be available on the website.

Products added to your cart are not reserved, so if you are interested in any of them and have them on your wish list, we recommend you do not delay your purchase, as they may sell out in the meantime.

PAY
Once the bank authorizes the payment, you will receive an email confirming the order and the amount will be automatically charged to your account.

You'll find the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. With that number, you can track your order directly on the courier company's website .
You can pick up your order for free in store starting 24 hours after making the purchase.
The transport company we work with will contact you by SMS or email to inform you of the delivery date and time slot.
If you need to make any changes, you can manage them directly through the link you will receive in the SMS or email .
For shipments outside the European Union , any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient .
We recommend that you consult with your country's customs authorities beforehand to find out about applicable costs and possible import restrictions.
Delivery takes between 2 and 4 business days if you are in Spain. For international orders, delivery takes between 2 and 10 business days.
CHANGES
If you wish to make a change, please write to us at administracion@re-cuir.com, referencing your order number.
You can make a change within 30 calendar days from when you receive the product.
RETURNS

Return shipping costs are free for all European Union countries and associated European countries included in the list (such as Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, among others).
For non-EU countries (not included in the list above), the refund does not include return shipping costs . In these cases, you can return the order using your preferred courier service , assuming the shipping costs.
The products offered on re-cuir.com have a legal guarantee of 2 years from delivery , in accordance with current regulations on consumers and users.
The legal guarantee for products sold by Re-Cuir is offered directly by Re-Cuir .
If the product you purchased has a defect covered by the legal guarantee , you can request the repair or replacement of the product at no cost .
You also have the right to a price reduction or termination of the contract in the following cases:
- If repair or replacement is not possible or is disproportionate.
- If the repair or replacement is not carried out within a reasonable time.
- If the repair or replacement causes you significant inconvenience.
Please note that a minor defect that does not prevent repair or replacement, or that does not make them excessively costly, does not give the right to terminate the contract .
To request termination of the contract, you must notify our customer service department of the defect within two months of its detection .
